Session: Conversion / Security Lab

Probable audience: Campus Administrators (Max 1-2 people) - This should be the main Campus contact that will be supporting and maintaining Campus in the district.

Time: 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm CST

Content: Breakouts for individual school districts to work with converted data and to set up 2005 User Security

Tuesday

Session: System Admin

Probable audience: Campus Administrators (Same people as Monday) - This should be the main Campus contact that will be supporting and maintaining Campus in the district.

Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST

Content: User Security, Calendar and Enrollment Rollover, Customizations, (*new) Fees and Locker Management, (*new) Program and flag creation, Attendance-Behavior-Health Codes

Wednesday

Session: Census/Student Management

Probable audience: Building secretaries, (people who are in charge of registering new students, looking up information on students, rostering new students at the elementary, ending student schedules for students who are drops.)

Time: 9:00 am  -  4:00 pm

Content: Attendance, Enrollment, Registration, Employment, Creating people/contacts/addresses --- Student – Brief Overview of all tabs, Walk-in Scheduling (ending student schedule), lockers and fees, Health-Nurse visits, Behavior/Letter Wizard

Thursday

Session: Sorting and Reporting

Probable audience: Building secretaries, report generators, possibly principals, possibly counselors (people who have to create lists of students and customized reports).

Time: 9:00 am  - 11:30 am CST

Content: Filters, data export, report designing and building.

Session: Scheduling Folder

Probable audience: Secondary Counselors, Principals, Assistant Principals, Principal Assistants, Building Secretaries (people who are going to be determining what goes on report cards and transcripts, determining what classes are taught, scheduling new students who enroll after the master schedule has been built, and entering behavior events)

Time: 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm CST

Content: Content: Curricular Programs, Course and Section setup, Walk-in Scheduling, Transcript and Report card setup, Behavior

Friday

Session: Instruction

Probable audience: Teachers

Time: 9:00 am  -  11:30 am  CST

Content: Admin, Lesson Planner, Gradebook, Posting Scores, Roster, Attendance, Daily Planner.
